We ask for a $200 security deposit on all reservations,
$300 if bringing a pet (refundable of course). This deposit
holds your reservation. For our repeat guests (except monthly) we normally collect $100 depoit)
We accept personal checks even when paying upon check in (Except for peak winter reservations or "event" periods)

The following few paragraphs are
just disclosure statements. 

If you are coming for an "Event " period or for a stay during "peak season" we prefer that you pay before arrival, or arrange to pay a larger deposit. We have found that some people forget to let us know if their plans change, leaving us with empty villas. Therefore leaving someone else without an economical place to stay. We operate in the old fashioned way.
"Trust people unless they give us a reason not to."

Please note: All villas are priced at the same rate except Friends & Family. That has a larger floor space and is more expensive for us to heat/cool and is a much bigger and more time consuming unit to clean. We are proud to say that as far as we know, we are the cleanest property in New Smyrna Beach. Your not going to go home with anything you didn't come with...No pun intended. Even if your coming with a pet or without a pet. EastWind villas is a labor of love, not a profit
making venture. Our regular repeat guests all appreciate the fact that we are what we are. "A place to come and "fall off the face of the earth" and not have to worry about what might be going on around them. Because everyone here is doing exactly the same thing.
