Two door walls from the courtyard into the living area to enjoy the ocean breezes. The 22 x 20 living area has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 4 guests comfortably in this villa.
                        

   
         There's a pass-through bar from the kitchen.

                              
This is a fully equipped kitchen, just like at home. Frig with ice maker, self cleaning oven, garbage disposal...All the bakeware, etc. You can stay for a week end or months and feel right at home. There's even a pantry.

 
Off the hallway leading to the bath and
bedroom you'll find the utility room with
 a full size washer and dryer. There's also a vacuum, mop and all kinds of cleaning supplies.

The dining area has a table with a retractable leaf that seats 6 people. There's a TV in the living area  with a DVD player and upgraded cable service.  

                 
If two couples are sharing this villa...Simply close the bedroom door to create a private suite.

   
           The 20 x 15 bedroom has a full wall of closets. 

               

 There's a quality queen bed.  The desk/computer area has a Dell computer with high speed digital Internet service. Enjoy a view of the natural landscaped rear courtyard while your surfing the web or doing a little work you needed to do while at the beach.                     
  
There's a convenient entrance to the full bath with tub, shower and seperate sink area off the bedroom.

   
Lots of big soft bath towels, oversized beach towels, hair dryer and everything you need except your personal bath needs.

The beach is just a few short steps away...Les than a two minute walk. Simply cross directly in front of EastWind, walk down the little trail and arrive at our quiet section of the beach.
