Extra tile and grout to match all tile work in building, extra doors and handles, replacement slats for verticals, touch up paint for color inside and out, door wall screens, etc. in case something needs replaced or repaired.
Building has been renovated inside and out. We upgraded and replaced everything that needed replaced or repaired. Such as kitchen counter top in #1, medicine cabinets and mirrors where needed, locks on sliding door walls, added screen room on owners unit with porcelain tile floor. Screen door added on owners unit. Door added between building laundry room and garage, bathroom entrances reworked and 2nd entrance door added in villa #2, #3 & 6 to make more user friendly. New interior doors in #3 2005, #2 2006.
When securing lock off between unit 1A & 6, high density soundproofing insulation was used in doorway opening between units to eliminate noise. Unit 1A & 6 was originally one too large unit so we split it. There was a stack washer/dryer in wet bar area (kitchen) and plumbing was left just inside utility room wall (easy to reestablish washer/dryer in unit). Garage door from downstairs hallway #1A was canceled behind moveable closet/cabinet so that could also be reinstated if the desire or necessity ever arose.
