Two Story Villa ~ 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath ~ Sleeps 6


   
This large comfortable seating area has a TV with upgraded cable and a DVD player. Dining area with a view and a compact full kitchen with everything.

We decorated and furnished this villa for our friends and family when they come to visit. We also rent it a few times a year when our guests are not occupying it. Please check with us for availability...Or check the up to date availability calendar on this site.

 
The Kitchen has everything you normally find at home.


                       
The master bedroom puts you in the "Beach" mood from the moment your eyes open in the morning.
                        

The large master bath is located on the main floor upstairs. There's convenient access for everyone. In this bath there's a large closet with everything from soft bath towels, oversized beach towels, vacuum, pet trows, extra blankets, pillows...And much more.

 

Downstairs has a private entrance plus a door wall to the courtyard and stairs to the upper level. We made this a multi-purpose room. The queen bed in this second bedroom and a half bath makes it perfect for two couples...A second TV and plug in for games, etc. along with a computer with digital high speed Internet access. A perfect area for the children...Or a nice quiet room for someone to sit quietly and read. It's also the perfect entrance from the beach.

                   
The outdoor shower is right outside your courtyard. Courtyard has hooks to hang your beach towels and it's a great place to store all your beach "stuff."

The laundry room is conveniently located just inside the back courtyard, a few short steps from your door.


The beach is less than two minutes away. Our residential neighborhood has a private walkover to the beach directly across the street from EastWind.
 
                 
From your villa, simply cross the street and    walk down the little trail to the beach.
