We are a small privately owned complex directly across from the Atlantic
Ocean. Located in a residential area just a few short steps to our quiet
area the beach. Our villas are exceptional vacation rentals with attention
to detail and comfort rarely seen in any vacation accommodations at our
affordable prices, or any other. We have a quiet friendly Bed & Breakfast atmosphere. The private fenced courtyards downstairs and wrap balcony on the upstairs units catch the ocean breezes. EastWind is an architecturally strong building designed with spacious floor plans that are bright and open. Each villa is furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your visit. You will always find fresh kitchens and
bathrooms plus everything freshly laundered and tile floors throughout.

We accept both Master Card and Visa along with personal checks,
electronic trantransfers, PayPal, and Bank Checks.
In most cases personal checks are fine. You tell us your coming,
we block the space and send your Confirmation and Registration.
You send the Registration along with your deposit check and that
saves both of us interest and processing charges.

Each EastWind Villa Includes:A computer with high-speed digital Internet service for your use. An encrypted wireless network. Cable Television's with upgraded cable, DVD player, Second TV in unit. Parking right outside your door in our private lot with security lighting. Parking for your guests. All bedding is freshly laundered. The sleeper sofas have quality mattresses plus a nice foam pad to make them even more comfortable. Bath towels are fluffy and oversized. Large soft beach towels. A variety of beach chairs. Two bikes in the garage. Small library with books, magazines, games and more. Gas and charcoal BBQ grills. Outdoor shower. Laundry room in building available 24 hours a day.
Some units have washer/dryer in villa. All units include vacuum, broom, mop, cleaning supplies, and toilet plunger: everything we thought you might want or need. Kitchens are supplied with cooking spices, all kinds of utensils, baking dishes...Again, everything we thought you might need. If you don't find it, just ask. We try to keep at least one of everything here such as juice squeezer, coffee bean grinder, etc. Our large central Supply closet is stocked with extra sheets, towels, blanket, etc. in case they are needed.
We have shopped carefully to make sure all furnishings are easy care
and pet friendly. We want you to feel comfortable and "at home"
while you're here. If you are looking for a nice quiet, place to spend
some quality time, or specifically looking for a "Pet Friendly"
environment, you will always find our villas exceptionally clean.
We pride ourselves in keeping our accommodations spotlessly clean
and sanitary. We live here in our complex hidden around back in case our guests need us for anything.
There's a convenient outdoor shower, and the rear
courtyard (common ground) has gas and charcoal BBQ grills plus
several seating areas. The Beach is just a fewshort steps away.
CONVENIENT LOCATION:EastWind Townhouse Villas is located at
2300 S. Atlantic Avenue at the corner of 13th Avenue in the central beach
area. A short drive will take you to all the restaurants and shopping in the
area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any of them on a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine,
Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door),
Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour),
a variety of great golf courses, plus an endless number of things to fill your
leisure hours. And don't forget the beach just a few short steps away.
